What you can do if you experience audio or video problems:
- Refresh the page with the button below.
- Check whether sound is enabled on your device.
- Try clicking 'Use different video player' (sometimes available, under the video).
- Try a lower video quality (lower bar of the player) if available.
- If you watch via mobile and don't have sound, click on the browser menu and select the desktop version of this page.
- Use another browser, Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop is our preferred one.
- Use another device or if possible internet connection (such as a mobile one).
Do note that if you see that the webinar has not yet started or the 'One moment please' message that the webinar has not yet started.
